We want your order to reach you (and your pet) as smoothly as possible. Please read the timeframes below carefully, as some of our products ship from different warehouses and arrive separately.

Where we ship

We currently ship Australia-wide. If you'd like to order from outside Australia, email Manager@pawfectpetstore.com.au and we'll let you know if we can help.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery times depend on the product and your location. Because we work with several suppliers, timeframes vary:

  • In-stock and locally warehoused items: generally 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Certain specialty and imported items: these can take 10–16 business days (occasionally longer during peak periods). Where an item has a longer timeframe, this is noted on the product page wherever possible.

These timeframes are estimates provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Couriers and Australia Post can experience delays outside our control, particularly to regional and remote areas.

Orders with multiple items

Because some products are shipped from different warehouses, items in the same order may arrive separately and at different times. You won't be charged extra for this. If part of your order hasn't arrived after the expected timeframe, please get in touch.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

Subscription boxes

Subscription boxes are dispatched on a regular schedule tied to your billing cycle. We'll let you know when your box is on its way. Please update your delivery address before your next billing date.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us, we can re-send it, but a re-delivery fee may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, please contact Manager@pawfectpetstore.com.au with your order number (and photos for damage). Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
