Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pawfect Pet Store — subscription products (our treat and enrichment boxes) are billed on a recurring basis at the price and frequency you select at checkout (for example, monthly), and renew automatically each cycle until you cancel.

Managing your subscription

You're in full control. At any time before your next billing or renewal date you can skip, pause, swap, or cancel your subscription through your account portal or by emailing Manager@pawfectpetstore.com.au.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect from your next billing cycle — you won't be charged again after you cancel.
  • We can't refund or recall a box that has already been billed or dispatched, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, a faulty or incorrect box).

Billing and renewal

  • Your subscription renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout.
  • We'll give you reasonable notice of any change to your subscription price.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and will contact you to update your details. We may pause or cancel a subscription where payment can't be collected.
